Privacy policy

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect or store any personal data, and doesn't track you across sites or devices — it counts page views and nothing more. Because no cookies or personal data are involved, no cookie-consent banner is needed for it.

If you subscribe, your email address is sent to Beehiiv, the newsletter provider, so it can send you new-game announcements. It's used for nothing else, never sold or shared, and every email has an unsubscribe link that actually works.

High scores and game progress are saved with localStorage — in your browser only. None of it is sent to any server, and it disappears if you clear your browser data.

There are no ads on this site today. If that changes, this page will be updated first — with a cookie-consent banner added before any tracking-based ad network goes live — and the ads themselves will never appear inside a game, only around it. See the About page for the fuller monetisation stance.

If you're in the UK or EU, you can ask what data is held about you (there's essentially just your email address, if you subscribed) or ask for it to be deleted — email hello@iamterryblegamer.com and it'll be handled directly, no ticket system required.
